POP Mahjong offers American Mahjong tiles, Mahjong accessories, automatic Mahjong tables, and related products.

Minor differences in color, finish, appearance, or packaging may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, printing, or manufacturing variations.

Customers are encouraged to review product details, dimensions, compatibility requirements, and included accessories before purchasing.

We may correct product information, update specifications, or discontinue products when necessary, subject to applicable law and existing customer orders.

3. Pricing and Currency

Product prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the customer's selected market.

Prices may vary between the United States and Canada.

Applicable shipping charges, sales taxes, and other checkout charges will be disclosed before the customer completes an order.

The final amount displayed at checkout will reflect the charges applicable to that purchase.

POP Mahjong currently serves customers in the United States and Canada, subject to product availability and applicable shipping restrictions.

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is 7–12 business days, unless otherwise specified on the applicable product page or during checkout.

Delivery estimates may be affected by shipping carriers, customs processing, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We make reasonable efforts to fulfill and ship orders within the applicable stated timeframe.

If we are unable to ship an order within the required or promised shipping period, we will provide applicable delay notifications, cancellation options, and refunds as required by law.

6. Import Duties and Customs

POP Mahjong covers applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, and import-related taxes associated with orders shipped to destinations we serve under our stated shipping terms.

Customers are not expected to pay additional import-related charges upon delivery.

Any applicable sales taxes collected at checkout are separate from import-related charges.

If an unexpected import-related charge is requested upon delivery, customers should contact POP Mahjong before making payment whenever reasonably possible.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final.

POP Mahjong does not offer standard returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer-preference reasons, including changes of mind, color or design preferences, or ordering an unsuitable product.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever possible.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with the nature of the problem, product availability, and applicable law.

Resolutions may include troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, replacement tiles, repair, replacement products, refunds, or other appropriate remedies.

8. Automatic Mahjong Tables

Automatic Mahjong tables may have additional product-specific conditions relating to electrical and mechanical components, installation, transportation, maintenance, and configuration.

Customers should review the applicable product description and any additional Automatic Mahjong Table Terms before purchasing.

Automatic Mahjong tables are final sale for customer-preference reasons, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Product warranty and service obligations are governed by the applicable product terms and consumer protection laws.

9. Product Use and Safety

Customers should use all products in accordance with applicable instructions and safety information.

Automatic Mahjong tables and other electrical products should be installed, operated, and maintained according to the instructions supplied with the product.
