POP Mahjong stands behind the quality of the products we sell.
Warranty coverage may vary by product category. Any product-specific warranty period or additional coverage will be stated on the applicable product page.
If you experience a problem that you believe may be covered by warranty, please contact us and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or video showing the problem
- Any relevant model or product information
After reviewing the issue, POP Mahjong may provide troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, repair guidance, product replacement, or another appropriate solution depending on the product and circumstances.
Warranty coverage generally does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect normal function
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or improper care
- Improper installation, storage, or transportation
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- Damage caused by use contrary to product instructions
Automatic mahjong tables may have additional product-specific warranty terms because of their mechanical and electrical components. Please refer to the applicable product page for details.
This warranty does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
