Automatic Mahjong Table – Sales, Warranty & Service Terms

These Sales, Warranty & Service Terms apply specifically to automatic mahjong tables purchased from POP Mahjong. Please read these terms carefully before placing your order.

By purchasing an automatic mahjong table from POP Mahjong, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these terms.

1. Product Nature and Purchase Acknowledgment

Automatic mahjong tables are specialized personal-use products containing mechanical, electrical, and electronic components. They are supplied with mahjong tiles and may also include accessories, complimentary items, or other components depending on the model purchased.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, dimensions, specifications, functions, included items, warranty coverage, and these terms before completing a purchase.

Please contact POP Mahjong before ordering if you have questions regarding product specifications, compatibility, dimensions, functionality, or included accessories.

2. Warranty Coverage

POP Mahjong provides a 12-month limited warranty beginning on the original date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the automatic mahjong table under normal residential use, including covered components such as:

• Main control boards

• Electric motors

• Sensors

• Internal electrical components

• Internal mechanical components

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Proof of purchase may be required for warranty service.

3. Warranty Service and Resolution

If a product develops a confirmed manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period, POP Mahjong will determine an appropriate warranty solution based on the nature of the problem.

Depending on the issue, warranty service may include:

• Technical assistance and troubleshooting;

• Replacement parts;

• Repair of defective components; or

• Other reasonable corrective service.

Repair or replacement of the affected component is the primary warranty remedy whenever the issue can reasonably be corrected in this manner.

If POP Mahjong determines that the product has a serious manufacturing defect that cannot reasonably be corrected through technical support, replacement parts, or repair, POP Mahjong may provide a replacement product or another remedy as required by applicable law.

Replacement of an entire automatic mahjong table is not required when the issue can reasonably be resolved through repair or replacement of the affected component.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Automatic Mahjong Tables

Because automatic mahjong tables are specialized personal-use products and are supplied with mahjong tiles intended for repeated personal handling, automatic mahjong tables are not eligible for return or exchange when the product is free from manufacturing defects or quality issues.

This includes, but is not limited to, return or exchange requests resulting from:

• Change of mind;

• Personal preference;

• Ordering the wrong model, color, size, or configuration;

• Determining after purchase that the product is no longer wanted or needed;

• Failure to review product dimensions, specifications, functions, or included items before purchase; or

• Other reasons unrelated to a manufacturing defect or verified quality issue.

A customer's decision that a product does not suit their personal preference does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Products With Manufacturing Defects

Products with confirmed manufacturing defects or quality issues will be handled under the applicable warranty terms.

POP Mahjong will normally first attempt to resolve the issue through troubleshooting, repair, or replacement of the defective component.

For a serious manufacturing defect that cannot reasonably be resolved through repair or replacement parts, POP Mahjong may replace the affected product or provide another remedy as required by applicable law.

Purchasing an automatic mahjong table constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this return, exchange, and warranty policy.

Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available to a customer under applicable consumer protection law.

5. What Is Not Covered by Warranty

The warranty does not cover damage or malfunction resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper operation;

• Accidents, impact, water damage, fire, flooding, or other external causes;

• Improper transportation, moving, lifting, storage, or handling after delivery;

• Unauthorized modification, alteration, repair, or disassembly;

• Use of incompatible components or accessories;

• Normal wear and tear;

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect normal operation;

• Damage to painted, finished, decorative, or exterior surfaces;

• Failure to follow operating, installation, maintenance, or safety instructions;

• Foreign objects entering the machine; or

• Other damage caused by the customer or by circumstances unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

6. Foreign Objects

Coins, banknotes, gaming chips, metal objects, liquids, food, toys, and other foreign materials must not be allowed to enter the shuffling compartment or other internal areas of the automatic mahjong table.

Damage or malfunction caused by foreign objects entering the machine is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by the standard warranty.

Diagnostic, parts, labor, transportation, or other service charges may apply to repairs resulting from foreign-object damage.

7. Foldable Automatic Mahjong Tables

For automatic mahjong tables equipped with foldable legs or a foldable table structure, all mahjong tiles must be completely removed from inside the machine before the table is folded, moved, transported, or stored in the folded position.

Damage caused by folding, moving, or transporting the table while mahjong tiles or other objects remain inside the machine is considered improper use and is not covered by the standard warranty.

8. Safety

Automatic mahjong tables contain moving mechanical parts and electrical components.

The product is intended for adult use.

Children must not operate, climb on, sit on, play with, or remain unattended around the automatic mahjong table.

Mahjong tiles, dice, accessories, complimentary items, and other small components are not toys and may present choking or injury hazards.

Keep hands, fingers, clothing, jewelry, toys, coins, and other objects away from the shuffling mechanism and moving components while the machine is operating.

Customers are responsible for using and supervising the product in accordance with all provided safety and operating instructions.

9. Warranty Claim Procedure

To request warranty service, customers should:

1. Contact POP Mahjong and provide the order number or other proof of purchase.

2. Describe the issue and provide requested photographs, videos, or other information reasonably necessary for diagnosis.

3. Follow reasonable troubleshooting instructions provided by POP Mahjong.

4. Follow any instructions regarding replacement parts, repair, transportation, or inspection.

Warranty service is subject to verification that the reported issue is covered by these warranty terms.

Customers should not disassemble or modify the machine unless specifically instructed or authorized by POP Mahjong as part of the service process.

10. Replacement Parts and Repairs

When a warranty issue can reasonably be corrected by replacing a component, POP Mahjong may provide the appropriate replacement part instead of replacing the complete machine.

Depending on the nature of the repair, POP Mahjong may:

• Provide installation instructions;

• Provide remote technical assistance;

• Arrange or authorize repair service; or

• Provide other reasonable technical support.

Any repair or replacement performed under warranty does not extend or restart the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.

11. Product Variations

Minor variations in color, finish, pattern, texture, appearance, packaging, or other non-functional characteristics may occur due to manufacturing processes, production batches, materials, display settings, or product updates.

Such minor variations are not considered manufacturing defects when they do not materially affect the normal function or intended use of the product.

12. Product Specifications

POP Mahjong makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications, and other information are accurate.

Minor production improvements or changes may occur without notice provided they do not materially reduce the intended function of the product.

Customers should contact POP Mahjong before purchase if a particular specification, dimension, feature, or compatibility requirement is essential to their intended use.

13. Limitation of These Terms

These terms are intended to describe POP Mahjong's sales, return, warranty, and service policies for automatic mahjong tables.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.

If any provision of these terms conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the mandatory legal requirement will apply to the extent of that conflict.

14. Acceptance of Terms

Customers should review these terms before purchasing an automatic mahjong table.
