Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $149 USD or more and eligible Canadian orders of C$200 CAD or more.
For orders below the free shipping threshold, available shipping options and charges will be shown at checkout.
Estimated Delivery
Most American Mahjong tile, mat, rack, and accessory orders have an estimated delivery time of approximately 7–12 days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, product availability, carrier conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Estimated delivery information may also be shown on individual product pages and at checkout.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped when tracking is available for the selected delivery service.
Automatic Mahjong Tables & Oversized Items
Automatic mahjong tables and other oversized products may require special freight, local delivery, installation, or other delivery arrangements. Shipping availability, delivery charges, and estimated delivery times may differ from standard parcel orders.
Free shipping thresholds for standard parcel orders may not apply to oversized products unless specifically stated on the product page.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery information.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include clear photos of the product, shipping packaging, and any visible damage so that our team can review the issue and assist you.
Duties & Taxes
POP Mahjong covers all applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, and other import-related taxes.
Customers will not be required to pay any additional import-related fees upon delivery.
